Over the past five years, I have had the incredible opportunity to work closely with my husband to launch a start-up that embodies our shared vision for a brighter future of our younger generation.

Umesh Durgappa, a remarkable force in the realm of Product Development Operations and skill development ! With 12 years of industry experience spanning the automotive industry in India and the UK , Umesh has consistently pushed the boundaries of innovation & developing the talents . His professional journey began as a Design Engineer in 2007 and culminated as a Technical Lead in short time, but his true calling emerged in 2020 when he transitioned to focus on nurturing the next generation of engineers back in native in the last five years. Umesh’s passion for training and his dedication to equipping students with essential 21st-century skills is nothing short of inspiring. From delivering expert talks to conducting motivational seminars, he has tirelessly collaborated with various institutes to empower ITI, Polytechnic, and Engineering students. Specializing in Automotive PLM Electric vehicles, 3D printing, and industrial robotics, Umesh is paving the way for future leaders in technology. In June 2025, Umesh, alongside his wife, took a step by launching a dedicated space for technical students’ initiative aimed at providing personalized mentoring and guidance. This new venture not only supports aspiring engineers but also fosters a community of innovation and growth. Umesh is committed to ensuring that everyone, from students to working professionals, has access to the training they need to. In his professional life, deeply committed to making a significant impact through skill development and training.
